Payment Policy

WESLAMIC Payment Policy

At WESLAMIC, every transaction is built on Amanah (trust). We believe payments should be secure, transparent, and worry-free — so you can focus on your faith and lifestyle, while we handle the rest.

1) Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following methods for all purchases of our smart dhikr rings, Azan speakers, and lifestyle products:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
  • PayPal: Fast, secure checkout with buyer protection
  • Shopify Payments: Direct, encrypted gateway for a smooth experience
  • Regional Options: For certain markets, local gateways may be offered (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)

2) Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay in another currency, your bank or provider may apply conversion rates and fees.

3) Payment Security

Protecting your information is part of our Amanah. All payments are processed through encrypted gateways that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry standards). Your card details are never stored on our servers.

4) Taxes & Duties

Product prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. These may be applied by your local government at checkout or upon delivery. We provide accurate invoices to support smooth customs clearance.

5) Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails, please try again with another method or contact your bank for authorization. Our support team is always here to guide you through alternatives, Insha’Allah.

6) Refunds

All approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/provider. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
