1. Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 33 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories & packaging.

2. Return Process

  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization & address.
  3. Ship back: Send the product with the authorization. (Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless quality issue applies.)
  4. Review & Refund: We review within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

3. Exchange Policy

To exchange, simply follow the return steps above and let us know which model/specification you prefer. Please note that exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
