Returns & Refunds
We want every WESLAMIC piece to feel right in your hands and right in your heart. If something isn’t what you hoped for, this page explains how to return it, what can and cannot be returned, and how refunds work. If you have any doubt, just email us at service@weslamic.com — we are glad to help.
Return window
You have 33 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. The window starts counting from the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking, not the order or dispatch date.
Requests made after 33 days fall outside our standard return policy and may not be accepted, unless the item is faulty (see “Faulty, damaged, or wrong items” below) or you are exercising a statutory right such as the EU cooling-off period.
Item condition
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it;
in its original packaging; and
with all tags attached.
Items returned worn, used, damaged by the customer, or missing their packaging or tags may be refused or may qualify for only a partial refund.
How to start a return
Email us at service@weslamic.com (or contact us via WhatsApp) and include:
Your order number;
The reason for the return; and
A photo or short video of the item, especially if it arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent back to us without a prior request may not be processed. We will provide the correct return address once your request is approved. [official return/receiving address — to be confirmed before launch]
Custom & personalized items (incl. name necklaces)
Personalized and made-to-order pieces — such as custom name necklaces and any item engraved or made to your specification — are produced uniquely for you. For this reason they are treated differently from standard stock.
[custom-item return rule — to be confirmed before launch] Default industry stance is that personalized/custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or made incorrectly on our part.
Regardless of the rule above, if a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or made incorrectly (e.g. a misspelling that matches your order but was produced wrong on our side), you are fully covered — contact us with photos and we will remake, replace, or refund it.
Smart devices (Zikr Ring & electronics)
Smart hardware such as the Zikr Ring is covered both by this return policy and, separately, by our Warranty. Use whichever applies:
Unopened / unused within 33 days: eligible for a standard return under the conditions above.
Opened but unused, and you simply changed your mind: [opened-but-unused device return & restocking rule — to be confirmed before launch]
Arrived damaged or with a functional fault (won’t charge, won’t pair, screen/button/sensor fault, water-resistance failure): this is not a change-of-mind return. Contact us within the return window with a photo or video showing the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Faults appearing later are handled under the Warranty.
Please do not discard the original packaging for a smart device until you are sure you are keeping it — returns and warranty claims both require it.
Faulty, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Email service@weslamic.com with your order number and a photo or video of the problem, ideally within a few days of delivery so we can act quickly. You will not pay return shipping for items that are our error.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt — we cannot guarantee that we will receive an untracked return. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (our error), we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 15 working days of approval.
After we process the refund, your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
If more than the stated time has passed and you still have not received an approved refund, please contact us at service@weslamic.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item, size, or variant is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order for the item you want. If you need help choosing the right size, see our Size Guide.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to and received in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under EU consumer law. This statutory right is in addition to our 33-day return window above.
Notify us within 14 days of delivery at service@weslamic.com that you wish to cancel.
Return the goods without undue delay after notifying us; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will reimburse your payment, including standard outbound delivery, without undue delay once we receive the goods back or proof of return.
Statutory exceptions apply: the cooling-off right generally does not cover personalized or made-to-order items (such as custom name necklaces), or sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
