Shipping Policy
At WESLAMIC, we send every Zikr Ring, tasbih, and faith piece to the people who keep them close, wherever in the world they pray. This page explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, what it costs, and how we handle the rare cases when something goes wrong in transit. Barakallahu feek for shopping with us.
Where we ship
WESLAMIC ships worldwide. We currently deliver to:
North America
South America
Central America
Europe
Oceania
Australia
Asia
Africa
Restricted or non-serviceable regions. A small number of destinations cannot be served reliably due to courier coverage, customs rules, or sanctions. [list of non-serviceable countries — to be confirmed before launch] If your country is not selectable at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. Order processing time
We define processing time as the time between when your order is placed and when it leaves our facility. It does not include delivery (transit) time.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed within 48 hours.
Processing excludes Sundays and Chinese public holidays.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off, or on a Sunday or public holiday, begin processing on the next working day.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delivery times
All orders are shipped via air freight. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
North, South & Central America — 7–15 business days
Europe — 7–15 business days
Asia — 7–20 business days
Australia — 10–20 business days
Oceania — 15–30 business days
Africa — 20–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, local courier load, weather, and peak seasons such as Ramadan and Eid. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country.
Shipping costs & free shipping
Free shipping on all Zikr Ring orders over $49.99.
Orders containing accessories only carry a flat shipping fee of $6.99.
Express / expedited shipping. [express shipping tier, price and window — to be confirmed before launch] Where available, expedited options and their costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Customs, import duties & VAT
Europe: We have prepaid all customs and VAT fees. Your order arrives with nothing further to pay on delivery.
All other regions: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees set by your local authorities. As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges in line with your country’s regulations.
WESLAMIC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country. Customs policies differ widely from nation to nation; if you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before ordering. Duties or taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost (except for Europe as stated above), and refused customs charges that cause a parcel to be returned are handled under “Returned parcels” below.
Delays, wrong addresses, returned & lost parcels
Shipping delays. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit is in their hands. If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, or your estimated window has clearly passed, email service@weslamic.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to change an address once an order has shipped. If a parcel is undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, any cost to re-ship is the customer’s responsibility. If you spot a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Returned parcels. A parcel may be returned to us if the address is undeliverable, delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful, or customs charges are refused. When a returned parcel reaches us, we will contact you to arrange either a re-ship (re-shipping costs may apply) or a refund of the item value, excluding the original shipping cost.
Lost parcels. If tracking indicates your parcel is lost in transit, contact us at service@weslamic.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, once a parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund. [lost-parcel waiting period — to be confirmed before launch]
Pre-order & out-of-stock items
If an item is available for pre-order or is temporarily out of stock, the expected dispatch window is shown on the product page and again in your order confirmation. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives; if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, [split-shipment default for mixed orders — to be confirmed before launch]. If a significant delay arises after you order, we will email you, and you may choose to wait or request a full refund of the unshipped item.
