Where to Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number is sent to you by email once your order ships. To find it:
Check the shipping confirmation email from WESLAMIC (it contains your tracking number and a tracking link).
Look in your inbox’s spam or promotions folder if you can’t see it.
Still can’t find it? Contact our team at service@weslamic.com with your order number and we’ll send it to you.
Tips for Tracking
Allow time for the first scan. Some carriers need 24–48 hours to register the first tracking update after your order ships. If your status hasn’t changed right away, please check back a little later.
Choose the right carrier on the results page. If your tracking number starts with LP, RE, EV, YP or similar, select the carrier “China Post / Yanwen / 4PX” when prompted, so your tracking displays correctly.
Cross-border orders take longer. International shipments pass through customs and multiple carriers, which can add time between scans. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times by region.
Common Questions
My tracking number isn’t working yet.
Newly shipped orders can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If it still isn’t working after 48 hours, contact service@weslamic.com.
My tracking hasn’t updated in several days.
During cross-border transit and customs clearance, there can be gaps between scans. This is normal. If your order appears stuck for an unusually long time, reach out and we’ll investigate for you.
My order says delivered but I haven’t received it.
