How do I place an order?
Browse our Zikr Ring and Islamic jewelry collections, choose your product and options, add to cart, and check out securely. Checkout is handled through our secure store environment.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly so they reach you sooner. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at service@weslamic.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Where do you ship?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or taxes may apply. Please review our Shipping Policy for how duties and taxes are handled for your region.
How do I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number. Note that some carriers can take 24–48 hours to register the first scan after your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 33 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached — just as you received them. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 15 working days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us right away at service@weslamic.com and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return a personalized or custom-made item?
