Warranty
Every WESLAMIC product is made to be part of your daily worship, so it has to last. This warranty explains what we stand behind on the Zikr Ring (our smart dhikr ring) and on our faith jewelry, what falls outside coverage, and how to make a claim. What this warranty covers
WESLAMIC provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a product fails because of how it was made — not because of accident, misuse, or ordinary wear — we will repair, replace, or refund it as set out below.
This warranty is offered by WESLAMIC to the original purchaser and applies to products bought through our official channels. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required for every claim.
Warranty period
The warranty period is measured from the date you receive the product. Specific durations for each product are being finalized:
Zikr Ring (smart dhikr ring) — [warranty length to be confirmed before launch]

Smart hardware — covered components
For electronic products such as the Zikr Ring, this warranty covers defects affecting the following under normal use:
Battery — a defective cell that fails to hold a charge as designed (normal capacity decline over time is expected and not a defect; see exclusions).
Charging — failure to charge through the supplied charger or cable due to a hardware fault.
Bluetooth / connectivity — inability to pair or maintain a connection with the iTASBIH app because of a hardware fault.
Display / indicators — screen or light indicators that fail or malfunction (where the product has them).
Buttons / touch controls — physical or touch controls that stop responding due to a defect.
Water resistance — failure of the product’s stated water-resistance rating under the conditions it is rated for. [official water-resistance rating and covered conditions — to be confirmed before launch]
Jewelry — coverage boundaries
For jewelry and non-electronic pieces, we cover manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, structural defects, or plating that is defective on arrival. The following are part of the natural life of jewelry and are not covered:
Fading, tarnishing, or oxidation caused by contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, or air over time;
Surface wear, scratches, and discoloration from everyday use;
Breakage, bending, or stone loss caused by drops, pulling, or accidental impact.
Caring for your piece as described in our Product Care guide will keep it looking its best and helps us tell genuine defects apart from normal wear.
What is NOT covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including gradual battery capacity decline, scratches, fading, and tarnishing;
Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or liquid damage beyond the product’s stated rating;
Misuse, abuse, or neglect, or use outside the product’s intended purpose and instructions;
Damage from unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly;
Damage from third-party or incompatible chargers, cables, or accessories;
Lost or stolen products;
Products with no valid proof of purchase, or bought from unauthorized resellers;
Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
Issues caused by transit damage or an item arriving wrong are handled under Returns & Refunds, not this warranty.
How to make a warranty claim
Email service@weslamic.com with the following and our team will respond:
Your order number (proof of purchase);
A clear description of the fault and when it started;
Photos of the product and any visible damage; and
A short video showing the fault in action where possible (for example, the device failing to power on, charge, or pair).
This evidence lets us diagnose the issue quickly and decide the best resolution. Please contact us before sending anything back — we will give you return instructions and the correct address if a return is needed.
How we resolve a valid claim
For a defect covered by this warranty, WESLAMIC will provide one of the following, at our reasonable discretion based on the fault and stock:
Repair — we repair the defective product and return it to you;
Replacement — we send a replacement of the same product (or, if unavailable, a comparable one); or
Refund — where repair and replacement are not practical, we refund the product.

This warranty gives you specific rights. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the law of your country (for example, EU/UK rights regarding goods that are faulty or not as described), which apply in addition to this warranty.
