  • Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your items. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part.

  • Payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers at checkout; we do not store your full card details on our own systems. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

  • Cancellations. We may cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund.
